Top Hotel Praha – Do Not Stay Here! Our experience at this hotel was very disappointing. The food was poor in both quality and variety. The reception staff were rude, unhelpful, and showed no respect for the guests. The biggest problem was the breakfast. We were told that breakfast would be served at 6:30 a.m., but the breakfast room did not open until 7:00 a.m. Guests with early departures were left waiting, and no explanation or apology was given. Overall, the service was far below expectations. I would not stay here again and I do not recommend this hotel.

The hotel lobby and everything is nice, but the rooms are dirty and lack air conditioning. The hotel parking is收费 (paid), and the reception acts as if you're staying for free. If you have the option, I recommend staying somewhere else.

A hotel that takes you on a journey through history. Old-fashioned, but extremely clean and pleasant. It offers a great experience.
