I was ripped off by the reception agent and his manager 93 euros including a mandatory part in cash in addition to (176 booking for 2 nights), . They are real dishonest people who took advantage of the fact that we can no longer cancel and that we arrived at night without knowing the city. The hotel is simple and not at all comfortable. The bedding is old as is the bathroom. No shower walls and the bottom of the bathtub is stained and old, no laying shower crown, badly made joints and very old tiles... and therefore not modern. Breakfast is not bad but for 11 euros saw better than the cost of living in the city. I do not recommend at all

Hotel located from the center, which can be reached in about 15 minutes by tram (the stop is in front of the Hotel crossing the street) tram no. 15 to the central stop Vaklavske overlooking a large square near the restaurant Vytopna. Dated hotel, rather anonymous reception staff except for one guy who was available to give us some basic information. The hotel does not sell (unlike many other hotels) tram tickets that you can make on board by paying with your credit card. The hotel offers a breakfast service for 12€ per person per day and which we did not use because it seemed too expensive for the buffet offer apparently a bit 'meager, however right next to the hotel' there is a nice bar (bistro) that offers many sweet and savory dishes for breakfast or a quick lunch. Our room for a 5 night stay, was never tidied up, you are limited only to emptying the bathroom basket without ever changing the towels (there is no shower towel but only face), or making the bed or sweeping the crumbs from the carpet. Light in the corridor of the room absent then closet in the dark. No one at reception speaks Italian. Good wifi connection. Hotel "Without praise and Without infamy".

So rude ! I asked to cancel my reservation and for a refund because between me booking this hotel and actually going, a massive storm happened in Central Europe near the area which killed about 17 people and I think it’s pretty reasonable to cancel a trip due to this. See picture for the response I got - I consider this incredibly rude and unacceptable, and wonder whether they spoke to me this way because I have a Russian surname or perhaps because they think they can be rude to someone who is young and is a woman?!
