Ibis Mala Strana

one of the better IBIS hotels i have been too. Room is typical Ibis, but good bed. Breakfast very nice . Parking however is not cheap

I stayed 4 nights in this hotel. It is very easy to reach from the airport because there is a direct bus that stops nearby. The room was small but comfortable and clean. Being on the top floor it was not noisy and the windows sound good. I found the bed very comfortable even though the pillow was too thin and I used two. I enjoyed the water dispenser on the water bottle floor, very practical. The location is great because it is in a super well-connected point with transport (metro, tram and bus) but you can also go downtown on foot in max half an hour. The neighborhood is full of restaurants of all kinds. Adjacent to the hotel there is a huge shopping mall so if you have to go shopping or breakfast is top. The staff at the reception was also kind to provide practical info. In conclusion I would recommend this hotel for a stay in Prague!

Pros: The location is perfect for exploring Prague and getting to and from the airport, with a shopping centre next door extremely convenient. The staff were lovely. Cons: The bed was incredibly thin and uncomfortable, the aircon didn't work so had to open the window to quite a bit of noise, the water wouldn't drain properly in the shower and would pool, bordering on flooding the bathroom. The TV didn't always work. The keycards were so finicky that I had to ask for a new one. There was also no safe in the room nor a fridge. Overall, I don't think I would stay here again.
