Friendly and helpful staff. They have a great breakfast that came with our room purchase (eggs, sausage, fruit, pastries, etc). Laundry service is not on site. It is a good location and about a 10-15 minute walk to most locations you want to visit. Is just a short walk away from the Muzeum subway stop. We did the deluxe room. I think there is plenty of space in that room. Bed was comfortable. The downside is that the air conditioner needs to be about 20% stronger (especially in June) and the high bathtub with partially covered wall is an accident just waiting to happen or at least your bathroom floor will be soaked. I would come back if ever in Prague.

Lovely hotel just steps from the center. Very friendly staff who will help you well on your way to both sights and restaurants. On the corner of the street is a kind of cafe where the beer would be freshest, inside is a kind of restaurant with good local food for little money. We ate here every night.

It was really great! I had never been to Prague before, so that made it extra fun. When we arrived, we were received super welcoming. The rooms were also really nice. We had to wait a while, but as a make-up we even got a free upgrade from the staff, which was really great.
