Henrietta Hotel

Breakfast of low quality and little choice. No hairdryer and TV in the room, no extra blankets and wardrobe without doors. Mould stains on the ceiling and little cleaning everywhere

Before I start, okay, what you buy is what you get, I get it, but having an opinion is something anyone can have. Well where do I start, oh yes arrival, you arrive in a street where you can park your car on the weekend (Friday to Sunday ) freely, and other days have to pay, at the booking site it is indicated that you can park your car in the garage.. For anyone who has a car bigger than a Fiat Panda, forget it but it will be rejected. The lady behind the desk was very friendly, but we had to fill in information, which is not checked, so you fill in Bob the Builder, you also get away with it. Well where do we go, oh yes, the hotel itself, yes it really is what you buy is what you get, entire elevator is put away in carpet, just a little too tight, and it just doesn’t need a description of the IKEA, but anyway, we came to our floor, all the way up, we came to the room in view of a yes, decent room but had its best time, but still it had a smell like there were 3 bodies under the bed, no TV, no air conditioning you name it, you close your window to 32 degrees outside, then you can start a BV with vegetable gardens, because it is very hot. Eventually the pillows were thrown off the bed because they were not too hard, they smelled so bad, but anyway, you are not going to lie in the room all day, eventually in the evening we came back, and to be honest, it is not a nice neighborhood to put your car down, just pure feeling. Anyway we were basically there for a stopover, to spend a night, final score we were really about to leave around 23:00 in the evening because our room smelled so awful, and let me mention, until 18:00 there is staff and then no one more.. so it is very nice that there is a hotel phone in the room, but you have nothing to gain😂 so still gather our courage and set the alarm for 05:00 for our trip further, once at 05:00 key laid at the counter as mentioned by the lady behind the counter, and we closed the door, but now the icing on the cake, we came to our car (mentioned earlier by the lovely street) and then once we arrived at the car we smelled a huge poop smell.. when it turned out that someone behind our car ff had put down a big diarrhea turd, fortunately nothing came against the car, but this was another adventure to remember, and never to go back to this terrible hotel

Poor accommodation conditions: uncomfortable breakdown beds, dirt (chips under beds), bed bugs in several rooms. Impolite, threatening or even suspicious staff (requests an exorbitant cash deposit). The experience was traumatic for the group of young people I was accompanying and myself. Highly discouraged. Run away!
