We arrived at the hotel that we booked a couple of months ago and were informed that they had stopped with breakfast. No notification of this in advance. We were certainly compensated but we were not satisfied with the lack of information. The elevator was broken it was dusty and poorly cleaned and a sharp smell of cleaning products or perfume / fragrance preparations throughout the hotel. The rooms were large and quiet comfortable beds but as breakfast is important to us, this pulls down the score considerably

Excelent silence hotel in the center of city. Great breakfest, nice staff and absolutly dog friendly. I can recommend it. Beautiful histirical building and clean rooms. Everything was ok. We will to back………… ……………………………………………………………..

I had a very disappointing experience at Hotel Arte. The reception staff were unprofessional and made rude, offensive remarks towards guests. After reading their responses to online reviews, I was shocked by the complete lack of professionalism and hospitality. The hotel was dirty, with an awful smell throughout, and the rooms were in poor condition. I would strongly advise against staying here—this hotel was a huge letdown.
