Nice hotel but a bit dated. The room was surprisingly large and nice. A tip is to ask for rooms that are not facing the main street because the noise level was very high from the street even with the window closed. Standard breakfast but nice to have drinks, coffee and fruit around the clock. Staff very nice and service minded.

We found this to be a wond6⅝erful stylish hotel with lots of character and charm. Our room was spacious and comfortable, the staff extremely helpful and welcoming, the breakfast good and the location close to the station, the old town and the Hans Christian Anderson museum was perfect.Loved the afternoon coffee and cake. We would definitely recommend a stay here.

I am absolutely sure that the hotel had a high standard in the mid-80s. Unfortunately, the hotel is completely down and is in great need of renovation in 2026. Breakfast was boring and there was spared on the quality. It is easy to get the impression of a hotel that is close to bankruptcy - but a look at the accounts shows that the owner has great profits and an equity of several hundred million NOK. Although the location is good. Close to the railway station, so I will next time the trip goes to Odense choose another hotel
