BEST WESTERN Hotel Schaumburg

It is not a 4 star hotel. More specifically 1 or max 2. All through ring experience and half dirty room and bathroomets of stink and came with sounds. The breakfast was so scarce that I only ate a dry bowl. It was one mirror layer that had been lying for hours and something that looked like bacon, but I didn't dare to eat. In addition, when I arrived at the hotel, there was no one to the place. Ringed the clock to the evening portier for 10 min When I gave up, I called the hotel main number, after which a cleaning assistant came and closed me after 10 minutes. There were holes in the walls and the room stinked like a drain that bumped as soon as you opened for the water in the sink. Several bulbs did not work. I had to ventilate for hours and sleep with ventilation all night In addition, the staff seemed almost indifferent. No thanks, never come again!

Nice suite with good space. We arrived Friday afternoon and were greeted by a very friendly lady at the reception. Our room consisted of a large entrance, large room and a very nice side room with seats and table for 4. There is a pub attached which is probably a little overrated as the staff does not know much about beer, and the selection is completely standard. Breakfast was good and the best part is that there is a good atmosphere at the hotel. It is true that the final finish is missing in the rooms and in general, but there is a lot that is really good. Whether it is 3 or 4 stars, my optics are not so important.

Strange that this hotel has received four stars. One of the receptionists did not seem to give any kind of service. Bathroom with miserable drainage in the sink. Last but not least, mold in the shower. Consistent with the mold, there is no kind of ventilation in the bathroom.
