Copenhagen Admiral Hotel

We had a wonderful stay at Admiral Hotel Copenhagen. The location is fantastic—within walking distance of many of the city’s main attractions, making it the perfect base for exploring Copenhagen. A special thank you to Mikkel and Vanasae, who went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. They were incredibly friendly, supportive, professional, and always willing to help resolve any questions or issues with genuine care. Their excellent service made a real difference to our experience. The breakfast was also excellent, with a great variety of fresh and delicious options each morning. Overall, we had a great experience and would highly recommend Admiral Hotel to anyone visiting Copenhagen. We look forward to staying here again!

Good location, pleasant rooms, reasonably decent breakfast buffet The only minus and this is a weird one is that the corridors to the hotel room are visually horrible, lined on one side side with covered carts , about 5 feet high hold all linens and supplies for the rooms,UGLY!

Nice hotel and location. Unfortunately had problems maintaining the electricity to our room (we only used the lights) and was not compensated for the 4 days of unnecessary aggravation where they had to keep resetting the breakers. (The room key works on electricity, as does the air cooler, which is minimal when it does work in the first place. ) Ordered a bathrobe from the hotel, paid in full and was supposed to be shipped home. Not only for they charge an additional 25% VAT which they are not supposed to if you are having it sent to your home out of the country, but they never shipped it either! At this point I've spoken to the entire staff by phone and emails; think they are playing dumb at this point. It's the only thing they sell; maybe they should focus more on getting the main comforts in the hotel functioning and forget about adding charges.
