First Hotel Hoje Taastrup

I think in general the standard unfortunately has fallen on the hotel and outside, when I arrived yesterday on 22/6 I was met in the parking lot of garbage everywhere, garbage cans are overcrowded, cigarette codes are all over on tiles Since there are many craftsman nights, it surprises me very much that there is not so much Danish staff at the reception.

Good location, near the mall, breakfast was great with hard boil, soft boil eggs, scrambled eggs, bacon, sausages, mango smoothie, strawberry smoothie, good automatic coffee machine for all kinda of coffee, cereal, lots of types of breads, lurpak butter! ...we had a good sleep too, beds were comfy. Toilet layout was a bit strange so water kept flowing out of the water area but it was ok

They have renovated the lobby but all above still stays in the 80-s. Everything is old. The room is very poorly equipped, they literally provide nothing. There was an old kettle, but no cups, coffee or tea. What’s even the purpose of a kettle then? No AC, only a little fan, blows nothing, the room was hot, the night was terrible, I sweated a puddle under me. Beds are also old, on spring mattresses. No sockets near beds and forget about modern usb ports. Cherry on top - bathroom smelt like cigarette smoke. The smell didn’t go away, there was no ventilation, and it was awful to be there. The towels got to smell too after lying in this smelly bathroom. The food is also 3/5. I’m trying to find anything positive there but can’t. Besides the renovated lobby.
