The style of the entire hotel and the interior design are something special. The atmosphere during breakfast or in the lobby in the afternoon or evening is relaxed and fits Copenhagen perfectly

Τhe hotel has a perfect location and offers the essentials for a short stay, but there is definitely room for improvement. The rooms feel outdated and would benefit from renovations, while basic amenities such as a mini fridge and a coffee machine should be standard. Cleanliness could also be improved throughout the property, not only in the rooms but in all common areas. The breakfast lacks variety and becomes repetitive, making longer stays less enjoyable. Although the staff are polite, they could show more genuine care and hospitality towards guests. Overall, the experience feels more transactional than welcoming. Instead of feeling like a valued guest, you simply feel like someone paying for a service.

There is an extremely loud noise coming from the ventilation system outside. It is impossible to sleep because of the constant noise.
