A lovely experience in a serene hotel. The staff is wonderfully kind and helpful. Many thanks to Sevval, Simona, Saurab and Bhawana for all the kindnesses they accorded me, as well as the cozy chats. I had a special fruit plate prepared but Saurab because I missed breakfast, and Simona made me a lovely coffee. The hotel is in a charming area away from the tourists, where you can have a drink with the locals or just sit in the square.

The hotel is in a great location, within walking distance of the central station and close to other public transport. It is a cozy, small hotel that appears well maintained. The staff was friendly, the room was clean, and housekeeping was good. The small rooms are indeed quite compact, although not uncomfortably so. It is worth noting that access may be difficult for wheelchair users, as there are several steps before reaching the elevator. Our room faced the western inner courtyard, which is shared with neighboring buildings. As a result, there was quite a lot of noise every morning, especially from the shops downstairs and their equipment. Because the weather was hot and the room did not have air conditioning, we had to keep the windows open, which meant the noise woke us up each day. The room was also somewhat noisy from inside the hotel, as sounds from the hallway and doors were easy to hear. The room also lacked several amenities I would normally expect at this price point, such as air conditioning, a coffee machine or kettle, and a refrigerator. Overall, it was a decent stay, but considering the price level in Copenhagen, I expected somewhat better value and a few more in-room amenities.

It is a lovely hotel with a good atmosphere friendly staff and good breakfast 😊 we will definitely come again.
