Very good experience at the Catalonia Royal Bávaro. Attentive staff, very good food, comfortable common areas, outstanding restaurants. Well-maintained pools with plenty of green spaces. The beach is comfortable, with the downside of sargassum for sea bathing. The only thing to improve... was that since we arrived, we complained about the air conditioning that was not working. (Either too cold or not cold at all) After numerous complaints with frustrating time losses, we managed to get our room changed for the last 4 days... it is a shame to create that discomfort when they knew that the appliance had been broken for a long time...
