Memories Splash

We had an amazing time at Royalton splash with our two kids (ages 3 and 1); the water park, shallow pools, and kids club were perfect for them. Our butler, Santiago, went above and beyond to provide us with excellent assistance scheduling dinners and even decorated the room as a surprise for our 3 year old’s birthday. He was communicative, kind, and helpful. All of the staff were so kind and cheerful. We absolutely loved our experience!

Please believe the bad reviews. It really is that bad. Do Not book this resort expecting Marriott quality and service. Room smelled of mold and bleach. The food is sub par. I tried every night to get a reservation and I couldn’t. Even tried at midnight ect. You cannot relax, they harass you every morning for excursions and breakfast aka timeshare presentations. I have never experienced this in my life and I have traveled a great deal as a flight attendant. Positives Beautiful beach and hard working staff. Waterpark is fun and kids enjoyed it.

I took my family of 5 here and it was far from great. We experienced multiple significant issues, as well as safety concerns. Upon returning home, I have tried reaching out to Royalton through multiple sources and I have not heard anything back. This has really affected my thoughts and feelings on doing any Royalton resorts in the future.
