There are also facility problems - limited hot water, shower leaks, limited air conditioning, and semi unresponsive staff

Absolutely loved this place! The villa, the pools, and the stunning beach were all incredible. The water was crystal clear with soft white sand, no seaweed at all which was such a nice surprise. The resort feels private and cozy, not too big, so everything is easy to reach. Truly a beautiful and relaxing spot

THIS HOTEL DOES NOT EXIST! We booked this hotel via the TUI website for a four day break before a transatlantic cruise. We arrived after an 8+ hour flight, hot and tired, only to discover that the “hotel” we’d booked had been turned into private apartments over 2 years ago!!! We tried calling TUI’s emergency line, which cost us a fortune, and the only advice they could give us was to book into another hotel (at our own expense!) and they would try to sort it out during their UK office hours. They did eventually refund us the cost of the non-existent hotel and, after asking, agreed to give us a paltry £200 compensation as “a good will gesture”! Needless to say, I’ll never book anything with TUI ever again. And yes, the hotel is still available to be booked on their website as of today 29/04/25!
