Riu Bambu All Inclusive

In general, it is fine. The room had certain defects (the outlets, the shower light, and the TV were not working, and the air conditioning was also not functioning well). We made the complaint at the front desk, and the next morning they fixed everything. The cleanliness is average but not excellent. The supposedly double bed is a bit small; if one of the people is very large, they do not fit. The door handle was loose. The activities are generally good, and the entertainment staff is very friendly. We had a problem because they did not allow the doctor we had called through the health insurance to enter; we informed the front desk before the doctor arrived, and still, they did not want to allow entry. We had to insist and politely ask them to let him in while they allowed the tour buses to enter without any problem. The food is very good and varied; you should go early to the restaurants. The Riu parties are for ages 18 and over.

We found it to be a good place to rest now, with impeccable and effective service. The facilities were very nice, the food was varied and tasty; if I had to suggest something to improve, it would be the televisions in the sports bar and perhaps a more typical local cuisine, but these are not points that detract from the experience. Highly recommended.
