Balcones del Atlantico

We are very disappointed with our stay at Balcones del Atlántico. This is only our second night here, and we already can’t wait to leave. Every single night the power has gone out, leaving us without air conditioning or even a fan. Sleeping in the heat has been extremely uncomfortable and not what anyone expects when booking a vacation. The worst part is that after 11:00 p.m. there is no one available to help. We called and looked for assistance, but no one answered, leaving guests with no support during the outages. Even when the electricity is on, the air conditioner is so loud that it’s difficult to relax or get a good night’s sleep. Reliable electricity and staff available to assist guests should be a basic expectation. Unfortunately, our experience has been far from relaxing. We would not stay here again and cannot recommend it to others. Save yourself the disappointment and choose another place.

Quiet apartment residence facing popi beach , 10 min from the center , very well.located. However, lack of facilities and out of order in the apartment located on the second floor.

Formidable Stay..excellent facilities and Service. In Reception attentions Mrs. Kilssy excellent! Next weekend! We booked again. Recharge Energies.
