Don Juan Beach Resort All Inclusive

My girlfriend and I went, we stayed for six days, let me tell you about the disaster: I booked all-inclusive, the first day the food looked in terrible condition, it was a Tuesday. But that was only the beginning of the odyssey, EVERY SINGLE DAY, YES EVERY ONE, UNTIL ONE IN THE MORNING AND EVEN UNTIL 1.15 AM, in one of the bars located near the nightclub, THEY PLAYED MUSIC AT THE HIGHEST VOLUME THEY COULD, which meant we couldn't sleep, and so on the days we had excursions we spent the whole day sleepy. I always went to the front desk in person, because they never answered the phone at night, and they told me that was normal at the hotel, that it was always done, and that even on weekends they could make musical "noise" until after one in the morning. I finally looked for the manager one day, I found a gentleman, I think his name is Ernesto, and he told me that wasn't true, that music at the pool was only allowed until ten or eleven at night, that for that there was the La Palmera nightclub, that's its name, so that day while Mr. Ernesto was there, they didn't play music until the early morning, but the next day, when the gentleman wasn't there, they went back to the same thing. A total disaster. It's a shame because the place is pretty, the beach is spectacular, but with that situation, it becomes a nightmare.

Perfect food. Wonderful hotel.. Very good beach. The waiter service needs improvement. They cannot keep up and it is a Disaster the service at the tables. Room cleanliness is great. The bathroom was somewhat clogged.

The best part of our trip was the hotel's location. Being right on the beach made it easy to enjoy the ocean and the beautiful views, which was the highlight of our stay. Unfortunately, that was the only positive aspect of the experience. The food was very disappointing, with limited variety and poor quality throughout our stay. The rooms were also below our expectations. Our initial room smelled like mold, the shower leaked and flooded the bathroom floor, and the air conditioning did not work. We had to request a room change just to have a functioning air conditioner. Although the replacement room was better, it was still outdated and lacked the comfort and amenities we expected. Oh and a single bath towel per person.
