BEST WESTERN PREMIER CPLAZA HO

Stayed at this hotel for several days and it was a good decision. Well located in the north of Quito beside Parque carolina, agreat place to have a stroll. Across the street from the Quicentre a high end shopping mall and only minutes from centro. Breakfast buffet was excellent and varied each day. Staff were valuable and could speak English enough to assist me in any of my queries. Nice hot tub and gym in the pentouse area. Would recommen and stay again. My only quip is the automatic tip fee to a stay.

- there are a few restaurants beside the hotel - park nearby - easy to get taxis - affordable rooms - rooms are spacious. stayed at a twin sharing room with a living room area and a bedroom. Only issue was that there's no bidet. Though, I'm not sure if bidets are only common in some parts of Asia like South east and East asia. - breakfast is delicious but since I stayed there for a week, having the same food every morning get a bit tiring. Should have more options. - also heard from a colleague that when she checked in alone, staff was nice enough to caution her not to walk around alone at night by herself - staff at frontdesk were very accommodating no matter the time of day. very helpful

We had a really great stay in Best Western Cplaza hotel, stayed for almost a week, the staff were really friendly and luckily they were able to speak English. The restaurant in the ground floor was quite good, we enjoyed the different delicacies. The attached bar could have been more stocked up, as we found most of the brands in menu were not available. The breakfast was included, but very less options compared to other hotels around the world.
