A real hotel break.
We were on holiday at Easter on two different dates staying at this hotel because we were going on excursions and wanted a hotel where we could rest at ease.
The first time, a single night, everything correct, we booked a triple and when we arrived I was not prepared but we were put an extra bed in the room.
The second stay was quite a disaster, we arrived and the lady who attends us at reception, with obvious little desire, tells us first that we have to sleep all three in two beds, telling her that of course it was not acceptable tells us that you can put a bed chair but that the room was going to be very small and we could almost not even walk through it.
Expressing my surprise given that we had booked a triple and, in fact, we had already been in one several days before tells us that well, as doing a favor would put us in the same type of room as the previous time, all reluctantly.
We lie down and when we get up the toilet is completely clogged with the water coming out all over the bathroom, things that happen, we claim it at reception and we are told they will fix it.
We have breakfast and go hiking, returning after ten o'clock at night, crazy to sleep and rest what is our surprise that not only is the toilet still stuck but it is completely loose, taken off the ground, we go down to reception to complain and what we are offered is to move to a double and sleep all three in two beds, but good!!!
We protest and very reluctantly offer us a supposed suite where the extra bed was regrettable and the insulation from outside noise very poor.
In short, a hotel that we are looking to rest when we return from sightseeing and in the end we ended up packing and changing our bags at twelve o'clock at night so we could sleep something as we left again early the next morning.
Breakdowns happen, it is normal, what is not receipt is the response of the hotel, always dragging your feet to give solutions.
Finally comment that there is neither gluten-free bread nor pastries at breakfast despite the fact that in the cafeteria of the hotel hall they have all kinds of gluten-free breads.
I do not recommend it at all.
