Hilton Marsa Alam Nubian Resort

We are currently spending our family holiday at Hilton Nubian Resort Marsa Alam and we are having a fantastic time. From the moment we arrived, everything has been great. The hotel is beautiful, the grounds are very well maintained, and the whole place has a relaxed and friendly atmosphere. We are very happy with our room and with the hotel in general. Everything is clean, comfortable, and well organized. What really makes this hotel special is the staff. Everyone is friendly and helpful, and you can see that they genuinely care about the guests. A special thank you to Nour Mohamed from the Kush Bar & Lounge. She is always smiling, kind, and full of positive energy. Her excellent service and warm attitude made our stay even more enjoyable. Every time we see her, she makes us feel welcome. Her attitude and professionalism are outstanding, and honestly, this is the kind of service we would love to experience in every hotel. We still have some days left of our holiday, but so far we are very impressed and very happy to be here. We would definitely recommend this hotel to other families visiting Marsa Alam.

Ok very nice and the people are very friendly The perfect entertainment

We have been here for 2 days now, the food is a horror, the buffets are prepared without love, it is hard to find something really good, it seems like they just put something out so that there is something there, the service tries to be nice but nobody has a clue about service, the drinks are put down like in a dive bar. Also, to speak of an in-house reef is an impertinence; having to walk 200 m through the scorching heat to get into the sea and go snorkeling is an imposition. You would think that a 5-star Hilton would offer you something. However, this is not the case.
