Kempinski Soma Bay

We are just finishing our probably fifth or sixth stay at this wonderful hotel. Once again it was relaxing and great, and once again we were able to meet both familiar and outstandingly friendly people as well as get to know new ones (special thanks to Jimmy, who took outstanding care of us and our room). In general, what I already wrote in the previous reviews still applies and therefore should not be repeated. Our choice of room was new. For the first time, we had a suite. This was really very nice and had a direct ocean view. Whether it is worth the extra charge is probably a matter of opinion. Whether I will necessarily book one again on my next visit is still unclear to me. But it is clear that we will come back. Thank you for another great stay.

It is really a very nice hotel. The staff is extremely accommodating and always helpful. Every wish is anticipated. All employees do their job reliably and very discreetly. The service is great. The rooms are cleaned very thoroughly every day, the cleaning staff works with great attention to detail.

Mr Helmy, Romany, Ahmed, Ali Saad and Nancy are unbelievably professional . The customer service was nothing but excellent throughout . This has been a life changing vacation . We have made not only friends, but family. WHAT A TEAM ! 🙏🙏🙏
