We rested for the second time, the first was in November 2025. A great entry into the sea, that was important to us because of the child. The food was good, we had enough and there was always something to choose from. Animation all day almost and until evening, the animators are all good. Interesting parties were at the pool. You could always ask Yulia the animator about any question)) We lived in the sports area, we like it quiet there, but be prepared to take the car sometimes, you might have to wait for it. The only thing I want to note is that the coffee has been spoiled since November (it was wonderful in November), and now by the end of lunch or dinner, it seems to run out in the coffee machines. We would go there a third time too. By the way, the staff is all good.

The hotel is good overall. Rooms in the sports area - this is the second line - renovated. It's pretty quiet, that's if you want privacy and no one's bothering you. One of the concierges greeted us all the time and tried his best to help us on all matters, for which he is thanked very much. From the downside: Slippers, tooth kits and gowns had to be asked for extra, and they weren't in the room. They only brought slippers. The bar is not replenished - probably such terms and conditions of the rate, but not a word about it anywhere. Toiletries: Shampoo and shower gel are not replenished on time. One big minus, which is not directly with the hotel but spoils exactly its impression : representative of travel agency biblio globe/ sun international in the hotel- Karim. Misleading by selling additional services and when asking for a refund, says that “you made a mistake.”
