Movenpick Resort Sharm el Sheikh

To say that I had a good experience 😌 absolutely not ,this hotel is build on mountain and to go up and down must use an elevator and uncomfortable. Room furniture are worn out and disgusting 🫣, bathroom was outdated and belong in deli. Restaurant or only restaurant are over crowded, very small compared to the room ratio, before dinner and the opening of the door there were 2000 waiting mostly Russian who attacked the buffet and destroyed everything. Breakfast had a line to get in coffee machine , quilty of food below average. Beachs are different story .... There are few of them within long and short distance, about 4 small strips of sands..all full of rocks and you must be in good shape to go up and down these hills... This hotel is below average and was great disappointed. Only thing was good some of server were very pleasant... DONT RECOMMEND AT ALL .

A colorful hotel, a huge territory, many beautiful locations, very friendly and helpful staff, excellent service. The cuisine is delicious. A wide selection of beaches and various locations to spend time.

Our experience was far below expectations. We were placed in the wrong room for 2 days. Cleanliness was unacceptable—stained cups, foul odors, and no replenishment of amenities. Repeated complaints were ignored. Promised refunds and gestures were withheld, leaving us feeling disrespected. This was not the standard of a five-star service!!!
