Having seen very positive reviews, we chose this resort, but we were disappointed. On a human level, we became fond of the very cordial and friendly staff, but as far as the resort is concerned, there would really be many improvements to be made and it is a shame because it is a nice place. WiFi is absent in the rooms, the rooms are clean but dated. The food is not very varied, but if you adapt, it is not bad. There is a shuttle service to two different beaches, in the past there was also a shuttle to Temple beach, the beach near the famous Farsha café, but not anymore. During the day at the pool, the entertainment guys try to entertain the guests for a few hours even if I think they lack the means that a facility of this type should guarantee. But the real problem is the evening. Apart from twice a week when there are shows that are already over by 10 anyway, there is practically nothing to do, so you are forced to go out. It is the first property where this has happened to me. For this reason I would not recommend it, everything else is average.

The Verginia Resort is located in the Hadaba area. Resort with two pools, a small one in the upper part that is heated, the other with slides for adults and children with an attached bar; the reception staff is kind and helpful, the pool bartenders have to be sought out, and those at the reception bar are very slow, young, and inexperienced (they handle everything without gloves). The entertainment is almost non-existent. Restaurant dining room without exhaust fans, poorly laid out, and here too the service (chefs included) is inattentive and not at all professional. Rooms, maintenance, and cleaning are average for Egypt; I wonder how they managed to get a 9.1 rating from TripAdvisor. A positive note is the little shop near the reception, which is very clean, and the staff is very kind. Dress code? Boo. I hope this review can be useful above all to the managers.
