Pacific Paradise Hotel

Old place with the worst service ever. They don’t understand what that means. And they are expensive for what it is. They make us wait hour and a half for food for our kids. Breakfast included is very low quality and they don’t even have what the kids eat.

I have been here over 10 times. It is no longer the same place it was a few years ago.. It went from excellent to average. They raised the price to $39.00 per person. They now charge extra for the palapas (shade huts). They used to bring us a free large ice cooler of drinks; they now charge for everything. They used to give you two free snacks with your lunch, which has also ceased. For the price you pay, you would think there would be a lifeguard, as there were a few years ago, but that was not the case on our last trip — the showers in the dressing room smell like raw sewage. I had to use sanitizer on my feet. Calling it average is being generous, I doubt we will go back.

I went on holiday with my family when I arrived at the hotel they had no electricity so they had no water, food air conditioning and no service they offered me. They told me they would refund my reservation money and they didn't.... they're a scam I recommend not going
