Simple hotel with drink purchase at reception.Breakfast is fine. For dinner we have dodged to the nearby restaurants-they are available in large numbers.Suitable for city travelers-Old town about 20min walk away.

We stayed one night at this hotel. The location is perfect if you travel by ferry. It's right next to D-terminal and there's plenty of restaurants and shops in the area. The hotel itself is pretty basic. The small lobby area is stylish and you can order snacks & drinks from the reception. The rooms are spacious and clean but a bit outdated. Beds and pillows on the other hand are super comfortable! I slept like a baby. The restaurant only serves breakfast. Food was quite basic, no frills, but I was quite satisfied anyways. The only downside was the lack of bacon. The selection was a bit small but there was enough space to enjoy breakfast and the atmosphere wasn't too loud. I highly recommend this hotel if you're travelling on a budget or you simply appreciate a good location.

This can be considered a budget hotel but it serves its purpose well. It is a good 20-minute walk to the old town area but only a 5-10 minute walk to some nice restaurants and bars. So, if you are just planning on staying there for a short trip or sleep-over it is just fine. It is also extremely well located in you want to catch a ferry to one of the Nordic countries (btw, great ferries!!!). The rooms are very simple, clean but not spotless and the sleep quality is quite good. I heard stories of very loud neighbours but that luckily did not happen. As for breakfast, well, it is very bland with little variety and I was expecting a bit more but, for the price of the stay, it is acceptable. Would I stay here again, I would not mind especially if I had to catch a ferry once again.
