Great stay on the 29 floor which gives a great view and big room with more then enough space and nice bathroom. Breakfast is good with tasty options and more then enough choices. I enjoyed the pool and sauna which was mostly quite empty and is very nice. The bar on the top 30 floor is even better for the view and drinks, there is restaurant there but did not try it. Bus station right in front of the hotel and tram close by. Friendly service and easy check in and out.

Most definitely not a 5 star hotel. Use cash if you don’t want to be cheated by the hotel! An employer at the reception changed afterwards the amounts charged from our bank cards and also made an extra preauthorization hold from one bank card. The hotel won’t correct it saying we should contact the bank. It has been almost two weeks now and they don’t even return calls. Definitely not going back. The room was a bit out of date, didn’t really look like the photos. Pillows were terrible and service very poor. They said that the breakfast included special coffees, but the waitress refused to make them because they were in a hurry. It really didn’t meet our expectations.

We’ve stayed at Swissôtel Tallinn several times before, so we were excited to have the opportunity to return to Tallinn and stay at this property again this summer. Pros: Our arrival experience was smooth, and the man who checked us in was welcoming and professional. The room had beautiful views of Tallinn, was spacious, and was very comfortable. The air conditioning worked well, which we especially appreciated during a hot summer week. The bathroom and cosmetics were of high quality, and the bed was comfortable, allowing us to get a solid night’s sleep every night. Breakfast was great and provided a good start to each day. We also enjoyed dining at the bar on the top floor. The restaurant staff were friendly and welcoming throughout our stay. Cons: Unfortunately, the spa experience did not meet our expectations. The spa and pool area were quite crowded with families and young children, and the noise level made it difficult to relax. At many five-star hotels, spa or pool facilities are either adults-only or have designated adult-only hours, so we were surprised that this was not the case here. Our departure experience was also disappointing. The woman who checked us out was rather impersonal and did not greet us, say goodbye, or ask how our stay had been. The only question she asked was whether we had used anything from the minibar. When I replied that we had not, she simply said, “Then everything is fine.”
