Nice hotel in a good location with a nice spa 🤩 Clean rooms and tasty breakfast with a view to the river

We had a wonderful stay with you this weekend. As first-time visitors to Finland – and to Joensuu – we weren’t quite sure what to expect, but the welcome we received made the whole trip feel easy from the moment we arrived. The team at reception were excellent. Every question we had was answered with patience and genuine friendliness, and nothing ever felt like too much trouble. That kind of warmth makes a huge difference when you’re visiting somewhere new. The hotel itself was comfortable, relaxed and well organised, and it was the perfect base for our trip to the biathlon. Little touches – from the atmosphere in the lobby to the helpful advice from staff – really helped us feel at home. Thank you for looking after us so well. We travelled a long way to get here, but the experience made it completely worthwhile. If we ever return to Joensuu, we would happily stay again.

Hotel just outside the center, reachable with a short walk of five minutes. Large rooms, very quiet and modern. Bathroom with large shower. Cleanliness and courtesy of the staff. The restaurant offers varied and quality dishes. Overall great structure.
