I was very disappointed that the hotel has decided to cool all rooms according to management’s preferences, leaving guests with no control over the temperature. During the summer, the rooms are far too cold. It is absurd that I had to sit in my room wearing a sweater while the weather outside was pleasantly warm. I find this policy patronizing, disrespectful to guests, and environmentally irresponsible. I will never stay at this hotel again.
