Location: very convenient to grocery Room: very clean and user friendly Customer Service: Nicky and Mark are the best! Breakfast: large selection of local cuisine and hot oatmeal, oat yogurt are excellent

The staff at Hitel Arctic City and the restaurant next door did a superb job in any questions asked of it. Even calling for a taxi pick up at the bus station where I couldn't use my phone nor find a taxi to take me to the hotel. I found taxis at the train station, nit so much at the bus station.bove and beyond

Very small room, meaning it is difficult to have open suitcases. Decor is dark and unappealing, and bathroom very small. No proper towel rail. Breakfast is just OK, but needs real coffee. Overall a poor experience.
