The room was what to expect within the price range. For a superior class room you get a robe but no slippers as they are sold separately which is weird as the Sauna was on a different floor. For a Superior Family Four room the kids have not been in their mind of when they planned the room. As there was no possibility for the kids to wash their hands when the soap was unreachable of the kids. There were dirty mugs in the room which makes one wonder if the cleaners even check if the mugs are used or not? The kids playroom was poor. A small space with no paper or pens for coloring only few toys for small toddlers and some books. The breakfast was not worth the 11€. The food was stall and looked and tasted at yesterday's food or that it have been left out in the open for days. That so called bacon was heavily burnt, the croissants was like eating cardboard, and the overnight porridge tasted terrible. The ham slices looked gray and not so appealing to eat. Many plates on the breakfast was probably old with a lot of wear and looked dirty, or poorly cleaned.

This big hotel situated not far from central station and with tram in front of the door and Hakaniemi metrostation underneath. So very convenient to explore the city. At check I was asked whether I wanted a room at the front or the back. I chose the back which was very quiet. When I had a problem with the airco the lady at the reception came to my room on the 6th floor herself to help! Two fast elevators get you to your floorlevel quickly. One minor thing: the mattresses are very hard. But I have encountered that at many hotels lately...

Expensive for an average product. The check is at 4pm...Be aware of this. If you arrive early you incur a cost or you lose a day running back as it's not that close to the sites. The foyer is run down. It's depressing. The rooms are clean. The facilities are aged. No mini fridge. The breakfast is of the worst quality. I'm sure there are better places.
