Brilliant value for money. Superb helpful staff. Spotless. Beautiful interior. Well appointed bedroom (but quite small, one suitcase filled my room with very little hanging space.) Very high quality of food, all fresh and a good buffet variety. A good part of the city centre with easy access to trams, buses and Central Station.

The architecture is so impressive and special but what made our holiday was the human factor. The staff went above and beyond to make our stay so pleasant. Moana was helpful to us on arrival. Mikka at the desk took care of everything with a smile We have certain dietary needs and a word to Klaide and she immediately set the wheels in motion. Miko the chef was so attentive and set on finding the way to ensure our enjoyment. Sara at breakfast was so helpful and kind. And wonderful Jooke, with his welcoming smile and sensitivity, managed the evening meals like a magician keeping everyone happy. He is an immeasurable asset to the hotel. Thank you also to the cleaners, the hotel rooms and the hotel are kept spick and span. Truly above and beyond our expectations.

The structure is beautiful both externally and as soon as you enter the lobby, very unique and elegant. Good location, 20 minutes on foot from the center, 5 to 10 minutes by taxi. The area around the hotel is rich in shops, bars, and restaurants. The staff is very kind and helpful; they even allowed us to have an early breakfast in the lobby the next morning, as we had an early excursion to Tallinn. The room is very spacious and elegant with all the comforts, a stunning bathroom, and a very comfortable bed and pillows. Quiet room. Dinner included in the room rate was a very rich and good buffet, with water included; other drinks are extra.
