We have booked and paid to the apartment but did not receive key code for getting keys, the phone call and emergency contact do not work, poor customer service not works for 24/7, the end, we pay for staying in hotel to resolve problem, very disappointed. Should be investigated the qualification of this Homes.

Hotel especially second building would need a lot of renovation but they haven't done it yet, their overall attitude is careless to anything. Building is very old maybe its for you if you like vintage and old architecture. Room has kitchen it would be plus but it is also very old even they advertise it is modern but no its very old and without stove but there is micro. They has rules guests must wash plates if eat anything, then what cleaners do? one cleaner has been the most lazy I have ever seen. I didn't get to choose the room type so I guess they has not many better room types or maybe they just want to keep better room empty so its not necessary to pay for cleaner again and again it something I guess. Some rooms has cigarette smell left but why they advertise nonsmoking so why they doesn't keep smokers rooms for smokers only and offer those for non-smokers after smokers. Smokers rooms should offer for smokers only. The feeling I got here is they are careless and doesn't care how rooms were. Usually in other hotels workers go to check rooms conditions but not here they doesn't bother just staying whole day in the office, I guess they need workers who care how rooms are. With better and more often cleaning rooms could be much better but unfortunately management doesn't care also workers doesn't care rooms condition. It doesn't take so much to take care: better cleaning better caring. Corridor's floor was also left dirty and all around run down. Location near seaside and historical buildings could be interesting location but unfortunately they doesn't care much of cleaning so next time will choose something else with better attitude. Didn't find many stores next to just one grocerystore and walking to centre. I didn't see anybody wearing mask even now is this season to wear those not sure if they care enough. Workers seem to be happy but careless. I didn't expect luxury but next time have to choose something else because management and most of the workers clearly just doesn't care of rooms condition. I wonder how they can call some ordinary old rooms as superior. In the weekend hotel has been noisy. Maybe all of these things could be ok if price is cheap but price is usually quite expensive compared to quality. Next time will choose other hotel because of careless attitude.

This hotel is in a convenient location for travellers. Quiet street. Easy walk from train station (approx.15 min) . Took us a bit longer first journey towing suitcases. 5 mins to market square and a tram stop just around the corner (4 and 5 go to station). We were in room251. Quiet room. Secure Basic, clean, everything thing you need for short stay. Would be comfortable for a longer stay. Good bathroom. For some reason 1 panel was missing on shower door. Shower works fine but inconveniently wets the floor. Plenty of storage, tea/ coffee facility, full size small fridge, mini kitchen. Comfortable bedding & the room air conditioned to a comfortable temperature Friendly & very helpful staff at reception. Can highly recommend.
