Do not book anything from this company. Their business idea is to cheat people. They are selling services that are unavailable during the stay with no possibility of refund or even to change the activity.

**English translation:**
There was no clearly visible lifeguard at the spa, even though we were assured that the area was monitored with cameras. Children were allowed to jump from the edges straight onto other people’s necks however they liked. We bought sauna world access for nothing — there was no peace there at all because the entry system was broken and anyone could just walk in whenever they wanted. When we mentioned this at reception, they didn’t seem particularly interested beyond a quick apology. You’d think a €14 refund on the sauna tickets wouldn’t have been a massive loss for the company.
The room was clean apart from some stains on the floors that hadn’t been cleaned.
The spa was marketed as a peaceful place. We met another couple in the sauna who had got exactly the same impression from the advertising — they were also disappointed, because the reality was the complete opposite. We’ve visited other Holiday Club spas before, and I have to say this was our last time.

I recently stayed at Holiday Club Saimaa, a place where I have spent several holidays over the years. Unfortunately, this visit was a huge disappointment. My last stay was six years ago, and returning now felt like stepping into a resort that has clearly seen much better days.
The breakfast was low quality and far below what you would expect from a resort of this level. The spa experience was even worse. The entire spa area was cold, the pools were uncomfortably chilly, and the jacuzzi was shockingly cold. No one goes on a spa holiday to sit there freezing.
The place was overcrowded with children, making it difficult to relax. What disappointed us even more was that the outdoor sauna and pool, which used to always be open during winter and were one of the highlights of the resort, were completely closed with no prior notice. This was extremely frustrating.
The water slide area has also deteriorated. There used to be a large pile of tubes available; now there were maybe five. The stairs to the slide looked frighteningly rusty and poorly maintained.
The restaurants are overpriced for the quality offered, and the activity building felt almost lifeless. The only enjoyable part of our stay was the mini golf.
This was our last visit. We expect quality from our holidays, and we certainly do not want to spend them freezing in a spa. We will not be returning.
