I requested housekeeping service and they only made the bed and changed the towels, and that is not the same as cleaning the room. That is not a matter of sustainability (since they did change sheets and towels) but rather of not having performed the service I requested.

Excellent location for exploring Helsinki. We did not need to take the tram. All major tourist sites are within walking distance. Cathedral, National Library, port for day cruises around the Helsinki Archipelago, supermarkets, restaurants, market square, restaurant, train station and many more. Splendid spread for breakfast served in a spacious area. Rooms are clean and well stocked. Tea/coffee making facilities provided in room with kettle. (Which is usually rare in Scandinavia) Very helpful front office. We arrived at 11am and as the room was ready, we were allowed to check in which was much appreciated after a long trip to Helsinki. Highly recommend.
