Sokos Hotel Alexandra

This hotel is right in the city centre not far from the train station so in a great spot. Plenty of choice for breakfast and plenty of room to sit. I whilst travelling alone ended up in a family room with 2 single beds and a double width bunk above, which was not needed. Managed to knock my head a couple of times when getting up in the night on the bunk so not ideal. However overall the hotel is nice and staff very friendly.

The location is very good, right in the city center. Some of the rooms have apparently been renovated lately. We had a bit of a challenge with the first room on the non-renovated side, but the reception staff handled the situation excellently. The service was very friendly and customer-oriented everywhere. The children were very well taken into account and there were small tasks for the children to entertain themselves. The hotel restaurant was able to take our food restrictions into account without any problems.

Nice room, fresh sauna and shower department near the gym and super kid friendly. Great breakfast. My kids loved the play room and treasure hunt, and the staff were very nice!
