BEST WESTERN RAUMANLINNA

Room was clean and peaceful, no disturbing noices, it was easy to change room temeprature by stopping the clima-machine. That was good. The breakfast was not nice, everything was kind of old and not fresh, also the restaurant was very unconfortable. Great thing was that it was possible to leave the car in backyard.

The Hotel Raumanlinna in Rauma is located not far from the very beautiful and historic city center. Behind the hotel, there is free parking in the courtyard for hotel guests. Otherwise, there is also another large parking area in the direction of the city center that can likely be used. The reception at the hotel was friendly, and checking in was efficient. The room was a large double room. Why the couch was made up as a bed will surely remain the hotel's secret, as there were only two of us. The bathroom does not have a light switch, but rather a motion sensor. In the bright summer, that is not so bothersome. But in the dark of night, everyone in the room is illuminated by the bright light from the bathroom. You cannot close the door fast enough. Why would someone do such a thing? The air conditioning cannot be turned off, and so it blows, albeit not very strongly, onto the head of the bed. Surely no hotel employee has ever spent a trial night in this room, because otherwise they would have fixed that. There was no safe in the room, and there is also no fitness room in the hotel. However, there are arrangements with other gyms. The breakfast buffet was small, but sufficient, and it was constantly replenished. The checkout process was efficient. All the staff at the hotel were attentive and friendly.

Nice room, not very big, but enough anyway. Clean and nice bathroom. Good breakfast is included in room price and room price is very moderate. Free parking and central location.
