Sokos Tammer

Been a few times and everytime it is a disappointment. Arrogant service, empty breakfast buffet with dried out cheese and very poor vegan options. You can hear everything from other rooms, and the room is hot as sauna. We have had enough and will choose differently next time.

Left my necklace to the room hanging on a makeup mirror. Called 1h after I left the hotel, but they said it is ”impossible to go to the room now”. Called every day for a week as they promised to call back. No action, and I feel they never attended the issue. Also, the hotel has seen its best days. It has a certain romantic decay, which is tolerable and exciting… but not with this service level.
