Residhome Le Carre D'or

I have been living in this hotel for almost a month as I am moving abroad. The service doesn't even deserve one star. I had a big brand dress, I only wore it once. While packing my bags the day before, this dress had disappeared! The apartment was cleaned once a week. Every time I was away. I didn't check my clothes when they cleaned the apartment because I didn't think anyone was going through my stuff to take it. If you decide to go to this hotel, I strongly advise against it and be careful what you take with you. I think only one word comes to mind when reviewing this hotel. And look at the photos of a breakfast 15€ per person.

Recently stayed at the property for a week with the family The good: Booking directly on the website was effortless and a follow up call to the hotel for a confirmation also went smoothly. The Bad: The rooms desperately need an update (bathroom among-st other). The apartment reminded me of a place I was renting more than 15 years ago The Ugly: as we arrived late the first day, there was no one at the reception which was fine as we were provided instructions to get the keys. We went to the reception the next morning to settle the bill and inquire about breakfast and were met by an employee who couldn't care less. Talking about breakfast, this was a total joke: On the 1st day, it was not available as we did not pre book (thanks for pointing this out nowhere during the booking process), and one the second day as we arrived late, there was next to nothing left. I would strongly suggest to skip it and go to the bakery La Paniere (located accross the town church - 5 min drive) who has a few table and definitely better offering To sum up, if you are looking for a large place to stay on a budget and without big expectations, then the place is for you, otherwise I would suggest to go elsewhere

We dtayd here with a large gtoup aftrr visiting Geneva and next dsy hoing back. For this reason was an optimal vhoice. Clean, nice room and small kitchen sith everything you need for one night. Breakfast ok.
