3* Very quiet, clean friendly place. Front desk lady very nice and helpful. Spoke perfect English after my clumsy French trying to book in. Good parking, and there is a cracking sit-down Chinese restaurant 4 minute. walk from the hotel (Asiawok 5 Rue du Bois des Roses, 02100) Nice, clean room, no coffee or tea making facilities though, but a vending machine for water etc. Plenty of hot water for shower etc. Bit out of the way for the town I think, but ok as an overnight stop on the way to somewhere else.

Unimaginable, I receive a bad entry code by phone and when I arrive at the hotel, the boss blames me for waking him up! The next day, I get reproached for serving myself coffee when no one is in the room. Worst part: 2 hours after I left the hotel, the management phoned me to yell at me ... for having received a bad code and they hung up on me. Low-end hotel, old and very poorly maintained.

When checking in, a terribly rude and snarling lady, partner with dog and luggage remained in the car. We had made a reservation with a dog, but Evr immediately started shouting that we had to pay extra for the dog. That seemed obvious to us, but then we shouted that only very small pets were welcome. It was impossible to talk to, our well-behaved dog was not allowed inside. Completely done with this lady and drove back to the Netherlands. Our impression of the reception was dirty, unwelcoming and messy. We didn't get any further.
