No air conditioning in the room under 38 degrees during the heatwave. Very noisy in the morning.

This hotel is located on the banks of the Cher. Less than 10 minutes walk from Montluçon train station, right in the city center. Very affordable rates. Very well equipped rooms. Great quality breakfast with choice. The best quality of this hotel lies in the quality of its staff. The morning gentleman (weekdays) is very professional. Its breakfast is symmetrical, clean and allows to start the day in very good conditions. The products are perfectly highlighted. The young woman in the afternoon is polite and very helpful. Thank you both. I would recommend this property and will come back with pleasure.

1626 01/09/2025 Book emergency (car breakdown) through Booking, late evening, 2 rooms. I recognize that it is very convenient to be able to book via the internet and without so many formalities, but the downside is that you are completely alone and without the possibility of being able to talk to a human from midday to the next morning. When we got to the room, there wasn't even a towel. Fortunately, there were 2 rooms booked, so since the other one had a double set, we solved the same but... what if it was just one? What's more, again about the other room, my friend points out that the cleanliness was not good (no objections about mine) and the TV did not work (I do not watch TV, so I can not say). Morning after we did not have breakfast at the Hotel, but we asked to leave our luggage in storage until a certain time (I think 12:00). We returned earlier, but found that the indicated time had been reduced because they had to close; nor could we wait inside because they had to clean up. I mean, the impression was "are you waiting to leave"? The comment made on the Booking website, which therefore also constitutes the title of this review, was: - "Very "cold" staff (a robot would be the same thing)" -
