I made a mistake twice on my reservation and the hotel was super kind. Thanks again so much.

Hotel perfectly suited for an overnight stop: very clean and spacious room, full buffet breakfast. But it is located in a commercial area, a little way from the city center.

Very disappointed with their non refundable cancellation policy, I asked them to change the date a month before travelling which was refused but on my outward journey I stayed at this hotel and I asked why they refused to change the date and they apologised and said their computer system was down and they would gladly have changed the date, they told me to contact booking.com and they would review my refund of €124:00, they have refused my refund and I am disappointed with their decision .
