Sejours et Affaires Clermont Ferrand Park Republique

Located 2 steps from the stadium, on a boulevard. Attention there are 2 hotels in the same chain 100 m away. On the we there are no staff available, so if you want a parking space you have to anticipate the demand (6th). Seats available on the street but for a fee. (Free on Sunday) If you need anything on We, the Inn next door will respond. The young lady was in our case very friendly and friendly. Room correct, and clean. (Dirty balcony with cigarette residue) - Comfortable bedding. Black point: missing the air conditioning and if we open the windows, the busy street and the local population reminds us what the noise is... besides at 7:00 in the morning, an urban Native, presenting to the whole neighborhood a rap music in depth, confirmed that we were not in a quiet neighborhood... So ask for a room that faces the other side.;0)

Horrible incompetent and disrespectful staff who have nothing to do with the customer very very dirty apartment with a lot of dust I ask for an apartment on the quiet side they refuse it to me even though I arrive very early result impossible to sleep due to the tram and the cars, degelasse kitchen equipment I ask that they change the pan for me they tell me that they have more so I eat outside impossible to cook the worst thing is that I couldn't even cancel my reservation with them. For my part, the woman who welcomed me has nothing to do with the hotel industry. I strongly advise against this residence.

We have a very bad experience with hotel sejours et affaires; no air conditioning, lots of mold, broken tiles and poor hygiene and they dare to ask for the top price for this. The hotel does not follow up on complaints, in short: save your money and experience and book somewhere else!
