4-star hotel, well deserved, The rooms are very beautiful, we spent two nights there, it was a beautiful experience, room with direct access to the pool, and to the terraces Comfortable outdoor sofa for sunbathing, Refined decor, very beautiful bed linen, The breakfast is hearty, with its oranges for fresh orange juice on demand, enjoyed on a sunny terrace The bar area with the large sofas encourages relaxation in front of a glass of champagne, everything is perfect The restaurant is very good with a varied menu, and very good champagne

Perfection exists!!! Yes, really... A perfect table, dishes that have an identity and character, Remy advises you on cocktails but also on the dishes, Emma is as discreet as she is efficient. You dine in a superb, classy, and understated room The "lounge" side is relaxing, and very British A favorite for the bar and its lounge, the ultimate in cozy, no extravagance but a real pleasure to curl up on this sofa. The rooms are spacious and classy, nothing is left to chance. The pool area with its Nordic bath and its relaxing spaces make this place, THE PLACE IN THE VALLEY. A table, a room, an atmosphere, and a high-end welcome... thank you for this moment... And bravo to the owner who gave this place its soul back.

Le Prieuré is an exceptional hotel-restaurant. Here is why: - The hotel's location offers a splendid panorama of the Ubaye mountains from certain rooms and from the terrace where you have breakfast and dinner. - The considerable renovation of this establishment to make it a cozy cocoon of great comfort, decorated with great taste and attention to refined details, is remarkable. - A thoughtful welcome both from the staff, who are extremely kind, and from the owners, Sophie and Bruno, who share with you the passion they put into the restoration of this residence. One thing leading to another, a warm relationship is quickly established with them. - A well-run restaurant with excellent dishes and wines at reasonable prices; - The general atmosphere is calm and peaceful, the small number of rooms and suites (nine) no doubt playing a part in this. The background music in the afternoon and during dinners is well chosen, not aggressive, and at a moderate volume. - Easy parking in front of the hotel, 4 spaces reserved for guests but there are several others in a row right next to it, or nearby.
