Not serious at all It's been 3 months that I ask them rates and each time he says yes and nothing moves I sent emails I went to the place I called the person always nothing I called above and like really not serious at all

My stay was very disappointing, mainly due to the condition of the room upon arrival. The room was not properly cleaned: hair, very dirty toilets and toilets in an unacceptable condition. The kitchen also had malfunctions, including the hob not working, which is unacceptable for an equipped aparthotel. Despite several reports, the management was not satisfactory. The manager of the aparthotel was unprofessional and often unavailable, which complicated any resolution of the problem. Added to this is a problem of refunding the deposit, still not made within the announced deadlines and without clear communication. I deeply regret this lack of seriousness and follow-up. Urgent improvements in room quality, cleaning, management and customer relations are needed.

Aging hotel, dilapidated apartment. Dodgy carpet, hairs in the sheets. Scary bathroom: filthy shower seals, disgusting shower gel holder, no drain in the sink which brings up mold smells. Paid parking, mentioned nowhere (6€). Deserves a star, and again....
