Hotel au Tropico

It was generally good, having a sweet host. Rooms are not big at all, no refrigerator, and it has hot water issue. But has a good location near to the coast and also subway. A great fast-food with delicious burgers is in the neighborhood which highly recommended.

Convenient to bus routes to travel between Nice and Cannes. Clean comfortable hotel with a very pleasant helpful owner, Yves. He helped carry our luggage and reserved a parking spot right outside the hotel. The hotel is close to the beach and lots of restaurants. Great value and worth the visit.

We needed a base in the area for a cricket tournament and the hotel suited our needs perfectly. The rooms are clean and comfortable, but no more. My only issue was that the shower head was not attached to the wall and I had to hold it over my head to shower! I was on the top floor and there is no lift so be prepared for a lot of stairs. Good location for the bars, restaurants and casino in Juan Le Pins, although we spent two out of our three evenings in nearby Antibes. Owner very pleasant and helpful, even when we managed to lock ourselves out of the hotel after a dinner and drinks on our first night! Fresh Croissants from the bakery next door are a must!
