Residence Aragon

I am very disappointed with the accommodation. It is dilapidated, poorly maintained, poorly equipped, and located far from the school. The accommodation is located in a residential neighborhood, so there are no amenities such as shops or restaurants. In the studio, for example, there is a lack of a dish towel or a plug for the sink. The air conditioning is not working; it was supposed to be repaired, but to my knowledge, that has not been done. I am very disappointed with the accommodation. Exceptional, unique experience. Perfect. There is kindness, good organization, excellent cleanliness of the rooms. I strongly recommend this residence to all. It is placed in a quiet area and near the train station.

I have stayed here twice (one week each time) while taking language classes at CIA. The studios are great, and the residence is lovely, providing everything you could need on holiday. The outside area is spacious and lovely to sit in and relax. Everywhere is very clean and feels very safe and secure. Patrice the owner is exceptionally helpful with all guests at all times (merci Patrice), and gave lots of advice on the area, buses, trains. The area is lovely, and location is very close to both Antibes and Juan les Pins. I walked everywhere. The beaches are perhaps 10 minutes (max) walk. The airport bus is a 5 minute walk away, and the train station is very convenient too.
