I enjoyed the Summer Harmony offer. The massage provided by Océane was perfect. It allowed me to relax well before enjoying the Hammam, sauna, and sensory shower.

July 3rd 2026 My experience at the Academy hotel so far? 😂 I checked into a more expensive “Deluxe” room, only to get a horrible view and a room in rough, tired condition. The whole hotel feels old and dated. They advertise room service everywhere — in the app and on the TV in the room — but when I actually tried to order food, there was nothing available. After 9:30 PM, there were no food options for us at all. I had a hungry child with me and literally couldn’t get him a simple chicken dish or anything to eat. When I told the front desk, their response was basically, “Well, that’s the wrong information.” 😳 But the “wrong information” is everywhere — in their own app and on the TV in the room, telling guests they can order food when they actually can’t.

An exceptional welcome from the moment we arrived! The entire team is attentive, and it is truly a pleasure. We also had lunch at the restaurant, where we met two very kind individuals, including a lovely lady who had just arrived from the North. As for the massage… it is an experience that must be lived! My sister and I chose a duo massage, and we emerged completely relaxed. A huge thank you to Océane and Naouel, two true gems with magical hands. Their professionalism, gentleness, and kindness made this moment unforgettable. Thank you to the entire team for this magnificent wellness break. We will return with great pleasure! 😍😍
