Just terrible! Aside from the central location, everything else is terrible. I booked the room with a terrace, or at least it was sold as such. In reality, it was ultra-cramped, extremely dark, and hadn't been updated in years. As for the terrace, it's a back courtyard 1.5 meters wide with two AC units above your head. It's quite simple, I paid for two nights and left after the first.

I wanted to book a night in this hotel that seemed very good at first ... but I had to deal with the receptionist really unpleasant, haughty , no diplomacy for guests , no help to change dates , horrible without amphatia for others ... telling me that it was not his problem for my mistake of dates and that I blocked his line all day (it lasted 3 min of communication) finally really a bad person not suitable for his job to fire

I used this hotel as part of the TFWA show in Cannes, location was perfect, however the hotel was a real let down! My room was very small and looked completely different to the pictures, and the bathroom was very dirty with mould build up. Lighting in the room was also minimal which made it hard to get ready. My room was also directly situated on the stairs which made it very noisy for sleep during the nights. Further to this, my bed was unbelievably noisy when moving in the night which again added to the no sleep. Considering the price it was a real shame! Whilst the staff were lovely during the stay, since returning to the UK it has been a poor service. I sadly left my Ipad in the room which was notified on my FindMy, which I accept is my fault, however since coming back to the UK and notifying them they have been nothing but unhelpful and claim it isnt there. Since notifying the FindMy has now been turned off and the item is now deemed as lost. I would highly not recommend this hotel to anyone staying!!
